income glitched

no matter how much i upgrade, or change buildings my income never goes above 32,697G

Same, stuck at 30,731 and need 35,000 to level up town.

I actually solved the problem. Find bellow the answer I've got from Kairosoft:

"Hello. The issue you inquired is not bug. Requirements the income is not total. It is monthly.

If you may wish to increase the monthly income, please see attached image and try the steps."

And the screen they've send me: http://i.imgur.com/330azo2.png

Basically it's not the Total you have to watch, but Income. The value in one month has to be more than 35000. The amount in requirements is not a total value of couple of months. That's a little bit confusion, because they don't explain that anywhere in the game.

OMFG 4 hours in then I find out! Thanks dude!
I know this is late as hell, but just found out this game exists through Edo Towns.

Solution is simple. Specialize as few high quality buildings as possible. Throw items to raise quality and appeal. Then don't do quests and let them just walk in and spend.

Or just do the entrance block scum.
