Where do I get the last normal Key?

I've opened every optional area I can, and am at the final fight of the game. I wanted to go back and do the optional area in Green Sea, but for that I need a key - and no one sells them anymore. Where can I get the last key I need?

Update: It's in The Thickness. That place is a real maze, I got lucky since that's the only spot with a Normal Key that you don't buy - so a guide helped.
