Where I can find rally pass livery

I unlocked all 50 tier then go to livery customization, check for every car but not have any livery.
However, the rally pass rewards for driver is received as usual.

You will find the liveries on the WRC 2011-17 Fiesta and Polo and a couple of the the group A cars

Okay, I found it in World Rally Car: 1997-2011.
Even though answer not accurate, but made me understand it's a pre-made livery package, not in customization.
