I just found this and see its a Souls-Like but there is no tag to suggest difficult but the combat looks hard. Is this game difficult or going to be frustrating at all?

I've tried looking it up, I've tried doing it myself, I know the game told me I can, so why the hell is it so impossible to do? I'm talking gaps that should feasibly be crossed with the dash distance ring you get.

I believe I missed the lantern somewhere. I've explored everywhere at this point besides the locked door in the veil (have the key from Krus and I beat the judge). I've pet every dog and found every life orb. I believe I missed it somewhere but I'm not sure where to re-look....
