Keyframe Problem

When I place down 2 identical keyframes there is for whatever reason movement although they are the same pose
it's hard to specify what the actual problem but essentially there is movement between 2 of the same keyframe

As you can see on the animation graph, the line between two keyframes are curved due to the default tangent used by both keyframes. So, select both keyframes, press 1 or 2 to use linear or flat tangent. The line would flatten.
