you think people buy and play games because of the race of character. i mean theres a certain white male group who do but everyone else who just like playing video games dont care about the race of the character they play as.

It's about more than the race of the protagonist or the fact she's lame and gay, and you know it. Why people disliked this game is because it falls into a larger pattern of preachy progressive brow beating and outright hatred of the audience on behalf of an ideologically captured group of weirdos who have taken artistic spaces hostage over the last 5 years. If you want to give your money to people who hate you, go ahead.

Then why is there a huge push for minorities to be represented in every piece of media for the modern audience that doesn't seem to support said media? Its almost like pandering to get sales from minorities be they gay, black, handicapped or all of the prior is a dumb idea, since you basically said representation doesn't matter to anyone other than certain "white males".

having a character that is black isnt "pandering to minorities" lmao, white is the minority race in the world. pandering is having something out of place that doesnt fit for the sole purpose of inclusion. Nor's race does not matter in the slightest to the game, its not pandering to have her be black, white, asian, african, whatever.
