If anyone is experiencing a strange sort of screen tearing - not your usual type of screen tearing; more subtle - apparently forcing Vsync through the Nvidia Control Panel (at least for me) is not working and you have to have Vsync on in-game. Never experienced that before, but just a heads up for anyone who might be experiencing this if they were forcing through NVCP.
