Noticed this setting in the options. Never seen it before in any other game, what does it mean?

Why can't the mouse buttons be reassigned here? What explains this limitation? If you give the ability to change the keyboard keys, then why is the mouse worse? Who even decided that your mouse preset is perfect? For example, I'm used to jumping with the right mouse and zooming with the middle mouse. Moreover, if I reassign your mouse button to something else, I can't even assign that former mouse button back to that action. This is a very stupid situation! Is there a chance to see a fix for this? I didn't...
