Matchmaking Failed
Hello everyone, after shunning multiversus since it's rerelease I decided to check it out again last week.

Well I had a pretty alright time so much so that I decided to spend 5 dollars to buy gleamium to get the pass. Funny enough I have been unable to queue up since. I did reach out to customer support and surprisingly they responded in like 10 minutes however they didn't help me in the slightest. Here's the message they sent

Thank you for taking the time to report regarding issues you encountered playing online due to a "Matchmaking failed" error. I understand how vital it is for you to access the game without interruption so you can knock your opponents out.

We're pleased to let you know that this issue should now be fixed with the latest patch. To alleviate this experience, I recommend you update your game to latest patch. If you're still experiencing this, please let us know by replying to this comment in the link provided below.

The last patch was 1.4.4 and it was released on December 17th. I didn't even start back playing since it was released...

Also I did a fresh install and disabled cross-play to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated. I would like to play again but this might be the last straw.

That's a problem I've been seeing people having but surprisingly haven't experienced it myself, and i'm playing it on Linux. I hope it gets fixed for you!

1. Turn off your wifi, and turn on airplane mode. 2. Wait 15-30 seconds. 3. Turn on your wifi, and turn off airplane mode. 4. Run MV. It should work then.

If that doesn't work, try exit steam before doing the first step above. Then after 3rd step, log into steam. IF not, reboot windows.

I haven't ran into same issue. It seems to be a window issue. I ran into that issue when I was on Windows. Heh.

I'm having this problem, I uninstall and install and it works for a day but the next day i play a couple of matches and then suddenly cannot matchmake anymore. Please fix this issue.
disabling crossplay is gonna make it take longer to find a game
if you try to unready and it doesn't let you ready again (ready button gets stuck after pressing unready) just restart your game
