Normally, if you want to get a different reward and result from a quest, especially a side quest, you need to create a new character and pick a different name, which is an unnecessary hassle. I think it would be better for the game if players were given more freedom to be able to have a path they want, by allowing them to choose a result they want for different quests after it's already completed and the story is delivered. This would be a feature a completionist like me would literally pay for.
