Anyway, actual reply. I don't know of any specific mods that cause issues but if someone else is having problems with it then there's probably comments about it in its Nexus page. Since you have so many, I'd start with any gameplay changing ones first.
There could also be an issue with the mod installer itself, try installing mods manually if that's an option and see what happens. There's also a mod community discord you can probably ask questions in.
I have the same problem. i have over 70 hours with mods and never had any issues but after this new update they don't work AT ALL
See I started playing after the update. So for me that isn't the issue. For those where the update borked their mods I've heard of a TOC reset fixing the issue. The seems to be a few different ways to go about that but the one I'm familiar with is going in and delelting the TOC and TOC.BAK files. Verifying the files on steam to get fresh, unaltered TOC files. From there reinstall your mods.
Tho all the update seems to add is FSR 3.1 support. If you don't care about that you could try rolling back to a previous version. I've heard that helping aswell
