There isn’t really any advantage to buying Lebkuchen instead of Bread. I think it’s probably just there because they needed a variety of food items for bribing Muffy.

speaking of witch: i send her to F-off the first night she come blackmailing for food. But i accidentally give it to her the next day when she came tocollect her bribe, so i was like "oh well... ill keep bribing her at this point, who cares?" and so i did. now i understand im suppose to that for a week. im stil "in time" to do so, or rejecting her the first time have compromise the achievment?

For the Star Briber achievement, you need to make sure to always give Muffy whatever food she asks for. You’ll have to get the achievement in another playthrough.
