How do I repatch the kuro no kiseki game

I looked up the English patch and it says if updates on steam repatch how do I do that so I can see the english patch version instead of the localized version

The Faq has an answer to your problem.
It's related to the launcher ed9.exe

"What is XAudio2_9.dll? Do I need it?"
Despite the name, it has nothing to do with audio. It just hooks into the exe and corrects the crappy font spacing the game comes with.
You shouldn't delete it, otherwise the font won't look right. It might break whenever there's an update on Steam, so make sure you use the provided 'ed9.exe' to launch your game. [\quote]
