I am trying to get the brush. I assume I have to burn the herb in the fire, but the Doctor won't do it unless he knows what kind of herb it is. Is there a way to identify it? Or am I on the wrong track? A slight hint would be appreciated! :-)

Is it possible to get approval of all four witnesses? I did everything so that I should get it, but then they stopped questioning witnesses after the first one, which was pretty dissatisfying. Don't expect the eventual outcome to differ, though, seems fix on historical reality....

Is it an intentional design choice? For a 100% linear game, having a single saved game state makes sense. But it is very puzzling not to have save states in a branching game / multiple outcomes depending on dialog. Save states would save a lot of time while exploring different branchings of the story, without having to restart again and again, and save state is already implemented in game (albeit with only one "automatic" slot).
