Sudden frame drops

I play offline. This never happened before. Now my game gets frequent frame drops on cut scenes and in-game it’s unplayable. Please help. I even tried lowering the graphics settings but still happens.

i did update it from nvidia app but nope didn't help

then I would check for temps of GPU and CPU while you run FIFA 23, it could be that thermal throttling took place.

It also could help to move the game's installation from HDD to a SSD
