[POTENTIAL SPOILERS] "Run to the Hills" achivement problem

I managed to find only two seaweeds, but the last one missing - anyone have the list of their locations?

I don't have a game running right now but I remember that the third seaweed is hidden under a pile of sand on the beach, you can get it by using your drum next to such a pile

Are you sure about that? I remember a page being under of the piles, not the seaweed...
