screen cuts off when playing on a docked steam deck
For some reason when I'm playing docked the screen is fine up to the PET/main menu screen. Once it gets to that point the screen exceeds the size of my TV. Game is still perfectly playable, just a bit annoying and not sure how to resolve it.

Just change the screen size in the settings when you play on TV/Monitor

None of the settings I found in either the Steam Deck OS or in the game actually solves the issue. Resizing the screen makes the overall game screen smaller than the TV and using the games screen sizing option does work for the gameplay screen, but the border still exceeds the TV screen so I can't use the largest setting. Choosing the resolution also seems to not be an option on the steam deck.

Can confirm I am having the same issue. My best guess is the game has a Steam Deck specific version they always expects the Deck’s native aspect ratio, 16:10, so trying to play it on a TV at 16:9 causes the issue.

Glad I'm not the only one it's happening to at least

Is there a fix for this at all getting it too menus work fine just get black bezels down side of loaded game. Works fine on my 50inch TV but image on 34inch monitor just centres picture and gives black side borders from edge of screen

I was able to find that this issue is caused when the image scaling is either set too high or set to automatic. To fix this error, turn off automatic image scaling in the display settings tab and set image scaling to the center most option. This will stop all the cropping from occurring.

Now the question is where do we report this upstream to Capcom so they can fix this issue?
It's 2025 and this issue was resolved yet?
