I would be very grateful if someone could explain to me how it works or if it is a bug :| I can't advance in missions because of this

Yep I did it, but the mission still appears to me as unfulfilled, as if I still had to open the restaurant, when I already did it more than 6 times after obtaining the mission
My total reputation is already more than 700 and it still appears pending :(

damn that must be tough not progressing the story, try backing up your save file and then load your save to previous quest and see if the problem still occur, but that might take time.

I have the same issue right now, I have more than 300 reputation and did two more restaurant service but still same issue persist.

Fortunately the problem solved itself. Just continue opening the restaurant as normal. I don't understand how or when exactly but it was solved, it was quite strange to be honest.

Great! cuz i've never really had that issue tbh and got immediately done cuz i already have 300 rep before doing any bathhouse related quest.

im still having this problem -- my rep is over 1k at this point. hoping it solves itself as it did for you.

Whatever patch they put through today seems to have fixed the issue for me. After doing another restaurant service and walking to the teahouse, the entire teahouse quest restarted from the beginning (the task finding sulpher etc). Didn't actually need to repeat the steps, though. Went to sleep and the next day went to the teahouse area again and I progressed forward to the 300 rep challenge, which I immediately passed after ending the conversation.
