Pretty sure I got scammed by this company
the X account tied to this game links to a website where you were able to purchase this game before it went to early access on steam and I was told I'd be sent a code. Not only was I not sent a code but xsolla, the payment processor they used, doesn't register any products tied to that purchase, in other words I gave them $30 for nothing apparently. I've sent an email to their support about this with the receipt code and heard nothing back. I want the game I paid for or I want a refund. And yes I checked my junk mail.

UPDATE: I went to Xsolla about this who was the payment processor for the purchase of the game, and they told me they could not refund the game but sent me another code for it, and steam won't let me refund it either because it was a code redemption, not a direct platform purchase, so I guess this scam company that abandons their games and depends on their payment processors to hand out codes gets to just keep my $30.

checked those too, nothing.
people will never learn ... they are the fraudster behind planetary annihiliation and they continue to be fraudsters ... that they succeeded in another scam is so annoying ...
They continue their shady business after years with the same kind of strategy they did before ... nobody should buy anything again from them .

see I wasn't aware of any scams surrounding planetary annihilation because I was still playing starcraft 2 and supreme commander forged alliance at the time. Also the fact this has gone 2 days without a single address by the developers speaks volumes.
in summary, ♥♥♥♥ this company.

I also pre-ordred IA at Xsolla, it was back in 2023 and I got my key just fine.
But here's the bummer, I'm an original TA/Supcom fan, played the hell out of the series - and it's the reason I got this game. I really just want this game, to live up to those and more... soon please

Surprised people didn't learn the Controversy back at Planetary Annihilation

like I said in a previous response, I wasn't really around during that time and it's sorta vanished out of the zeitgeist by the time I got to IA
I'm glad i didn't buy this steaming pile of garbage.
never really understood the drama around planetary annihilation, i guess i didnt kickstart it but i played it years later and i thought it was a great game - definitely felt like an iteration on the TA/supcom formula, much preferred it over supcom 2. This game so far though... what in the abandonware is happening... as a fan of factory games and PA, i had high hopes. But not looking good at the moment.
