Congrats, you're blacklisted...
...for sending me unsolicited spam and thereby likely not complying with EU laws.
I also reported you to Steam.:banish:
Hope it was worth completely destroying your reputation, just to advertise a game that seems to suck a*s anyway, according to the reviews.

F*CK YOU, Galactic "An*l Inhalation"

This is how I imagine their team meeting for this brilliant idea went:

I'm outtie :aloypeace:

Hi, I will. Though I have a base level understanding of the law in my country.

A lot of people received an email telling us this game is now available.
We didnt have the game wishlisted or anything. I've never heard of the game or company.
It came from this random shady company.

In some territories, the buying and selling of someone's personal data without the person's consent is illegal. Even obtaining the information is illegal. In my country, we learn about data protection acts in high school. So it's not just about being annoying and intrusive, it's illegal for some of us. That's why I've reported the game on it's Steam page.

And on top of that, they make us have to visit their web address (which btw, you should never do in a spam email, it's dangerous) to unsubscribe from their shady activities? Frustrating. And that doesn't guarantee it wont be sold and used again by a different group, or the same group under a different name.

I get what you're saying. Like 'it's just an email, just unsubscribe.'

But I dont see why in giving an inch, a company wont take a mile.
What's your skin colour? What's your height? Where do you live? Where do your parents live? What did you say online recently?

People would abuse this information for more than just selling a product and I just dont think that's safe. I'm not a minority or a weirdo or anything, I just live in a country with laws in place to protect from that and I care for other people and I hate spam emails :cta_emo7:

Also worth adding, we received this email recently. It's 4 months since the game being released and I'd wager because it didn't sell well, they got desperate.

I dunno where they was took your email, but my I think just by playing previuous their project - Planetary Annihilation - probably I gave them my email. BUT, I dunno which country you are - its very laughing reading the whining about some kind general thing, dont like sender - unsubscribe. thats all, its no noname company and I dont think they did something special or breaking the law.

I'm more concerned about how good the game they've announced will be, I hope they do well :steamhappy:

Yeah I've never heard of that game and considering you just reiterated what you said earlier and disregarded any points I made, you either still dont understand what the problem we have is after it being explained to you or you already made up your mind up coming into this conversation, choosing to be laissez-faire on the issue, but would no doubt have something to say if you or someone you knew got doxed for example. It just looks ignorant. You're probably too young idk.

Also @Silverino, I saw your reply but I guess who or whatever moderates these forums removed it.
ShaakS 15 Apr @ 3:41am
I think your arguments are trivial and yes, I don't understand the problem, because I don't see a problem here, everything you wrote earlier is for me an exaggeration of the problem out of thin air. And I think I can easily be older than you, because I have already seen a lot of fraud, and this is clearly not one of them (in terms of mailing), who is really interested in the project - they have already taken the trouble to read the contents of the letter and adults have definitely seen the image of the roadmap, stating that the game is at a fairly early stage.

And yes, thanks to the moderators for deleting the inadequate message.

Yeah, I think I'd only need one guess to determine which :Sadclot:thin-skinned company shill:swdshiner: reported it to have it removed xD
:shit::steamsalty:

I defo don't believe that an adult would actually "argue" like him and fr not understand how spam is scummy at best, and illegal at worst. Then again, if I look at the current development of the world...:csgohelmet:
bUt yOu caN uNsUbScRibe!!11!1! – Yeah, I can also take a steaming :shit::repoop: in front of your door; after all, you can just shovel it away, right?

F*ck the devs for sending this crap out to everyone.
ShaakS 19 Apr @ 2:01pm
@Silverino, if you are so grown up, why are you acting like a child?
How much are you getting, Sergey, for shilling for em? Just wonderin. Is all. Got an email despite never wishlisting, nor particularly caring about Planetary Annihilation either.

Billions, nobody plays the game and nobody buys it, but I get paid billions instead of developing the game!:steamhappy:
