Why?
First Human resources, then you make a kickstarter which no one thinks is a good idea due to "track record of things"

Now you release this asking for almost full price for a glorified tech demo, this should have been a free demo.

you guys like repeating the same mistakes, I'll wait until this is "fully" released before I ever consider trying it, been burned too many times in the past by you people (PA..., TITANS... etc).

Nothing wrong with waiting, as to why, when you build a community driven crowd funded experimental game it's sometimes good to get feedback early on, before you get to locked into design choices.

The downside to doing things this way is that a small minority WILL get offended and will spam your steam page with negative reviews and criticize your every move.

It is what it is, In your case I fully recommend you wait at least for 1.0 or later.

Steam review is at 48% it's not "a small minority" and considering this team's track record, not surprising.

It's amazing how even hot garbage games (like fallout 76 at launch) have rabid fans defend their every moves.
48% of 221 steam has a user base in the millions. that's a small minority.

Bethesda have a huge Team and budget in the millions so I can easily agree with you on that point.

These guys are trying to make a game working from home on a shoestring budget, there is a big difference.

Nothing wrong with constructive criticism, but there is a group of people who have no interest in the game and are only here to tear it down.

That annoys me.

So just wait. I agree with your position, but I don't even know, are you deliberately trying to harm the project? Now you go to absolutely any STEAM community and everywhere people just whine. Apparently Trump's tariffs are driving everyone crazy 😅
