There have been some reported instances of steam failing to install the correct runtimes from microsoft.
Without seeing your crash report I've no idea whats causing the problem but you could try installing them manually https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
Also make sure all you system/gpu drivers are up to date.
The game does run (i'm playing it right now) but it is early access for real.

i installed that plus while i was downloading the game my computer started bugging that could be a problem

Have you tried verifying your game files? if something breaks during the download verifying often fixes it.
