TA was made by Cavedog...
Many Cavedog designers & developers founded/joined Gas Powered Games toward the end of Cavedog's existence before they shuttered in 2000.
Gas Powered Games first game was Dungeon Siege before going on to make Supreme Commander.
EDIT: And if that isn't clear enough; I was making a joke because you said "more like poo powered games" which to me seemed like you were saying Gas Powered Games was crap and/or made crap; which they made one of the two games you specifically were referencing (and actually most of those devs were responsible for both of those games) I was poking fun at you that you must not have liked their first title since you thought they were crap.
