well this was definitely a choice.
So this is Factorio with PA design.... I went into this with no expectations except "It should be another EPIC RTS right?" but instead I got hit with Factorio minus factory style commands for units, factory planned buildings, a weird resource setup that is going to take time to understand how to be any sort of effective, and really bad build boxes and instructions.
I would love to work with the devs to make this a much better game but so far it's really letting down the whole Total Annihilation series with unnecessarily complicated resource collection.

So far it seems to at least have tiered production.

You extract basic resources to make tier 1 parts
those tier 1 parts can be used to either make tier 1 units and ammunition and most buildings or tier 2 parts

and there isnt really any buildings that require t2 parts yet but a few tier 2 units that can use t2 parts

Yes the system is unfinished but somehow industrial annihilation managed to get click drag unit formations before mindustry lol

click drag unit formations? you mean like PA had?

...You should maybe have read the headline before 'going into' this, then? I mean, if you're not going to read the first sentence of the store description, I'm not sure what they can do to help you.

sorry I pre-ordered it before it was on Steam. There was no indication that this was the route they were taking until release.
my brain is just starting to wrap itself around it, its pretty crazy for sure, a slower pace and very logistics based. It took a few tries before I managed to get the artillery scenario finished but it went a long way to starting to learn the resources/production trees. Its slowly growing on me....certainly not for the faint of heart right now

i remind when i provided flamable to my turret on walls in factorio and how the train was a super satisfaction to setup.
in that time i dreamed of crafting vehicules in this game.
that done it was a comnplete deception to see the monster not sensitive to the flamer polution.
another wasted game.
and a soon i seen their is no ammo for vehicule in industrial annihilation im nearly sure it will never be a feature because noobs canot manage it...but what noob play it ? and who at all play it : just look at the number 3% finished the combat mission.
even the quickstatrters fans not play the game.
