Is it possible to edit belts?
Can I delete part of a belt, redirect it and then deleting the excess? since right now it seems like I can only delete the whole belt, and rebuilt it

From what i can tell a single straight stretch of belt is one single entity, so devs have clearly been struggling to optimize them or something and whatever they are now is probably place holder until they become more user friendly.
