Beat Legion in the Deep Sewers and collect his relic
Beat Beelzelbup in the locked area in northwest and take the pile of secrets.

Hey, I tried to unlock these two and even looked up what to do but still nothing.

I just logged in and got Soleil. You need to beat him with upgraded Refectio.
It means Last hit need to be done with it, i just take some character like Nathan with green speed boots, take 1 weapon Refectio, some skills, evolved it, went to him, he died and i got character, right now

Additionally, when an unlock requires a specific item, like the Raging Flames or Defectio spellbooks, do not be cheap and use Belnades, as the game will not register it if you pick it from a choice container.

A recent one struggling did not pick up the relic at 26 and couldnt figure out what was wrong.

for unlocking Dimitri you need to unlock Celia Fortner, upgrade her TWO weapons, Vol Umbra and Vol Luminatio, which gaves you Universitas, go to severs and kill Menace with it

did both before, checked both, killed both just rn again. Neither spawned a relic.

I mean, I didn't even picked any other weapons besides the one I'm supposed to havto have. Both upgraded.

Edit: tried it again today, it worked.

Also having trouble with this; after a few failed attempts, I tried doing it with the Fairy- Sanctuary was my only weapon, and it still didn't work.

EDIT: Did it with Mina, this time it worked; I think there might be a time limit- I defeated him around the 11 minute mark with the Fairy, but it was just after the 6 minute mark as Mina.
