I don't quite understand this trait. The description says "extra time to make deliveries". Does this mean the driver is allowed more time for the delivery? It's a positive trait so I would imagine this to be true, however it seems to me that a 'laid-back' person would tend to take more time to do things. Or does it mean the drive takes more time to make the delivery. This wouldn't make sense, otherwise this would be a negative trait....

Just started playing and currently on the third or fourth mission in new york. It says that drivers can be level up but whenever I select the option I cannot level them up. Is this unlocked later or is my game bugged?
