I made the quest of Gato's village and got the map to the Knights' Dominion and Eugenstadt. But I don't understand, how to go there. It should be west, but there is only the west cave. Fast travel seems not to work either. What did i miss?

Are there several difficulty levels and how do I set them?

beat the game as darque with aldora's memories, got the ring, played new game, and then got aldora in her true body and beat the game again. now this time around, i can't seem to find her at all. for record: 6th playthrough, albert, claudia, aisha, jamil and gray are done. playing as hawks now....

Seriously, what's with the disproportionately large heads?

I tried RS2 some time ago and went grinding for XP first to get a good start. But then I read the game only gets harder if you kill too many mobs while not progressing in the story. Is this the case in all of the SaGa games, grinding being punished?
