Movavi
For one video it worked perfectly, then while rendering the next video right after the previous one the programm freezes at 81%.
Please get this fixed already, this really sucks.
Thanks for the message.
Tell me, please, have you tried disabling all accelerations in the program settings?
Is the problem still there?
I tried and it did not help.
My main problem is that those freezes even come up without changing anything.
For one video it works, the next one it doesn't.
That really doesn't make any sense for me.
Since more people complain about this, my guess is that there's something wrong with the program, not with the users.
Can you also tell me, please, what resolution and frame rate are used in your videos?
That should not be the problem here, I think.
Your program even provides 4k resolution and higher frame rates.
Hello! Our program really provides export of video with 4k resolution and 120 fps frame rate. However, you will most likely need a high-performance PC with the most modern and expensive components for export with such settings,.
The performance of an average PC may not be enough to export video even at 60fps, especially if the project has a long duration.
Please try reducing the frame rate from 60 fps to 30 fps and try exporting again. Please let us know about the results.
You don't even know what parts I have in my computer and you are not answering on my problem. Just those standard answers won't bring any result.
I'm using a Ryzen 7 3700X and a RTX 3080, so hardware should not be the biggest problem.
In fact the biggest problem is your program sometines doing it's thing and sometimes freezing in the middle of the process. Both can happen while rendering the same video (how can this happen if not resulting from bad coding? please try to explain it's the users fault again), that's the freaking problem here. Stop your excuses about bad hardware and fix your program.
We understand your dissatisfaction with the current situation. However, we kindly ask you to check if the same issue occurs when exporting video at 30fps. If the problem also occurs, please let us know and we will continue to investigate your problem in more detail.
and again I can tell you, it happens with 30fps too, but you try to tell me my PC is the problem without listening
I will look for another software, since this is not a little bit helpful
Thanks for your reply.
We do not claim that the problem is caused by your computer. This problem can occur due to various reasons (for example, one or more damaged files in the project, an error in our program, insufficient PC performance, etc.). To pinpoint the cause of the problem and help you with a solution, we need to investigate your particular case more carefully. To do this, our support team may require additional information from you. Please contact our support team (Open Movavi official website, click on "Support Center" and then "Submit a request") and describe your problem in detail so that we can help you.
Best regards,
Movavi team.
It's just the same stuff all over and over again and you still don't understand that this problem comes up random. With the exactly same video to render, sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. As you even ignore that multiple times I'm out of this discussion.
I won't get any help here from a bot asnwering with slightly variants of the same answer.
Since this problem comes up random on your PC, then to analyze it, we need the logs of the program. In this case, we will be able to analyze the problem and propose a further solution. Our support team is always available and ready to help you!
