Yes, the tutorial being stuck on choosing the game size is one of the most reported bugs so far. It will be fixed in a Hotfix later today. I will also give the player die opporttunity to skip single steps in the tutorial instead of the whole tutorial at once, aside from slowing down the text-speed of the tutorial section to make it easier to follow.

I would like to know if it is in Portuguese

For now the game is only in english and parts of it in german. Other translations will be added later on.
