i deleted the v5 demo revamp.exe on accident and cant no longer play the new version anyone know how to fix this issue

i uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and nothing

had this issue aswell.. Updated to v5 when it came out, downloaded a new update tonight and it only deleted my revampexe.. can only play original
