• A camera error got fixed for the event 'Rejoining with Mina'

Thank you for waiting for this further update! I think this is almost the final hotfix for The Coma 2B: Catacomb and I planned for this to be the main update to the game's difficulty balance that fans have been looking for. It adds new save points, makes some additional fixes, and adds the brand new Hardcore Mode (you can find more information below).

These are the full patch notes:


New Save Points:
As many people requested, this update reduces your gameplay stress while keeping the tension.

• School
  There will be small icons next to the classroom passwords, to prevent spending too much time on them. However, 3A classroom will have both, the hiding place and a save point, so the sight will be very precious.
  Counselling Office also has a save point now. If you are exploring the main building thoroughly, each floor will have its own save point.

• Police
  The cop provides a new save point, so you won't need to visit the parking lot nor 2F storage while doing in the right side.
  The police chief office will also have a new save point.

• Hospital
  SH secret monitor room has a new save point.

• The Cave
  The equipment storage of B3F has a new save point.

Additional Fixes:

• The spider monster event in the webby cave is much more dynamic now; the escaping route got changed and altered. You are also now able to use the Chinese knife.
  
• Black screen fixed on the 2nd entrance of the cave
  
• Fixed an issue with the game getting stuck after meeting Yaesol
  
• Fixed the achievement "Enter the Forbidden Zone"
  
• Fixed the blinded overlay being displayed in main menu
  
• Fixed startup black screens. If you still have your old savegame where this error occured - this should now be working again!

And for everyone who is looking for some extra challenge we are happy to present: The Coma 2B: Hardcore Mode! It is a free and extra hard time-based game mode taking place in the Sewa High. You only have 10 minutes to find Seho and get the pendant - are you tough enough to beat it?

You can play the Hardcore Mode by right-clicking on the game in your Steam library, hitting "Properties", "Betas" and selecting "harcore_mode". No worries, this version has its own savegame and you can get back to the full game anytime by opting-out of the beta branch again!

We just published the next update for The Coma 2B: Catacomb. Among other things, it adjusts the difficulty level, fixes missing subtitles and other minor issues. You can find the full patch notes here:

• Fixed the issue where subtitles for the Russian language were missing
  
• Depending on the game difficulty level, traps are now reduced in some places
  
• Repeatedly entering and exiting the hardware store used to cause it to become inaccessible (door lock shows “locked"). -> Fixed!
  
• The exit from the police station jail cell near the school blackboard room's rabbit hole was also inaccessible (door lock shows “locked”). -> It is fixed now!
  
• Following issue is now fixed as well: "The player could visit an event room on the top floor of the hospital, saw a girl, and then found the teddy bear, but only then did I ""meet"" her on the first floor. – Fixed! (The right order is meeting the shade-kid in 1F, and reaching the 3F after having the teddy-tiger)
  
• Notes were re-checked an are put in the correct location now

We are also already working on update 1.0.8, which we will release for you as soon as possible.

Thank you so much for playing The Coma 2B: Catacomb and providing us with tons of valuable feedback. This really helps us a lot and we are able to respond even faster with updates to give you the best possible The Coma experience!

We have recently released update 1.0.5 and 1.0.6 - here are the full patch notes:

• Fixed the reported gamepad issues, see below for details (D-pad for gamepads in QTE is fixed; D-pad usage in phone UI (Shadow Telecom) is fixed)
  
• The issue where your DLCs disappear in the DLC menu is solved! (Finally)
  
• Killer Hyungbae was unbalanced/overpowered. We re-balanced him and set his power a bit lower
  
• Main menu’s layout is fixed for various monitor sizes
  
• Necroblade patch: The delay time to activate it is reduced by half. Use it faster! When you expel the roamers, they will take much more time to respawn

• Final Stage Difficulty Fixes: We've fixed the map structure to make it clearer, as unreasonably connected passages were causing confusion. We've also lowered the difficulty across the board. (If you beat the game in version 1.0.5, you did so on the hardest difficulty and we thank you for completing the most dangerous challenge)
  
• Patch for game freezes, crashes and BGM mutes: The cause is still unclear, but there have been issues with the BGM disappearing at unspecified points, game events not working, etc. We believe it's primarily a RAM usage issue, so we've optimized it to reduce the overload from scene loads
  
• Fixed the arrival point from the hospital to the market
  
• Fixed the V-Sister remaining in the school
  
• Fixed some weird locations in the map UI

• Thai: Updated to fix some oddities (hints and lore)
  
• Turkish: The font itself has been replaced and many other areas have been checked and updated
  
• Russian, German, French: Fixed a bug with Color Tag
  
• Korean: Fixed typos and incorrect wording
  
• Ukrainian: Updated the text with additional checks and improvements
  
• Chinese: Updated to include the latest review version
