I've been trying to guess the song title for two hours someone pls help lmao

I saw some gameplay on youtube the other day and I... don't get it? Like I understand the words and things that are happening (kinda) but it all seems so bizarre, like I'm missing some sort of bigger picture here. Would anyone be willing to explain the general plot of the game to me/advise me whether I should *attempt* to get into it more?...

Is Ular an evolved Echo after all? Or is he an Artefact? At the start of the game, Heino destroys a huge Echo, and from that Echo, Ular emerges; and later on, even reverse Ular is confused about his identity since he has the insides of an Echo but the body of a Raincoat hjörian....
