Items for Rebel parts not appearing in store

Is there a pre-requisite besides having gained access to the nightclub to make the clothing elements of the rebel head and torso appear in the shop?.

Job wise I've unlocked the first task in all tier 2 jobs, and have bought all the basic upgrade chips. I failed the second date specific event that allows you to get hacker V parts researched.

Update: Had to complete the game and get new game+ unlocked to receive the items (alternative clothes + alternative hat) automatically in my inventory.

Not sure if there was a random glitch that prevented them from appearing the first time around.
