so i have reconned enemy divs i have their name show up i engage them in battle but still dont see what equipment they have...it would be very helpful to see if i engage elite pz div with tigers or some erzats pz div etc

I may be interested in buying this game however, has the company made a change so that it is possible to play the game as one side, say Germans, and have total freedom to conduct the war as I see fit without having to either obey instructions from the dictator or suffer penalties from the dictator if I don't do as he wishes? All this purple, green combat, escort range thing had me go back and re-read the manuals again... Changed the display of air unit range circles shown in the AOG view for fighters and fighter-bombers that are set to Mission: Fighter. They used to show a purple line equal to their escort range, but now, they show the purple line equal to their combat (intercept/patrol) range. My friend tried to modify the game scenario and set Berlin to have a lot of resources, oil, and fuel production. Then he set Stettin's HI to 6000, but after one turn in the game, the HI dropped from 6000 to 112. We checked every possible report and statistics menu, but found no trace of what caused it. HI in Berlin remained unchanged after our modification and stayed at 800, but Stettin is a different story. Any guesses?...
