I have scoured EVERYWHERE for answers and found NOTHING THAT WORKS AT ALL. i repaired files, folders,restarted steam, my pc, tried fixing it through opening steam as administrator, even uninstalling, deleting the files, and re-installing. NOTHING WORKS, pls help me, it says something about an "obscure" file, does anyone else have it or have solutions to my predicament?
