Where/how/why did Lexi get a gravity arm? Is that explained anywhere? Jesse's arm is a "Chops special", so why does some random PMC conscript have one? Is there some in-universe explanation I missed, or is it just for the sake of gameplay and we're supposed to ignore that?...

so I just finished episode 3 and the speech pattern of the employer struck immediate similarity board of directors from control, was that part of inspiration for it? or is it an older trope that inspired control that I'm unaware of?
