Also, stop whining about Denuvo in this topic, thanks. If you don't like it, you don't buy it. We want to raise an issue for it to be fixed.

This doesn't work for everyone, unfortunately. My frequency was already at 48000 and I still experience the issue pretty badly. Even set it to a different option and back: no difference!
100% agree. Denovo has been known and proven to cause frame rate / stuttering issues. It is insane to me that sega would implement such drm into a game that relies on completely perfect smooth frames. Let's hope they reconsider after all of the complaints so far.
A simple and easy proof that it might not be Denuvo, but hey :)
Anyway. Switched to a 48k sound output and all stuttering is gone. The issue was my external sound card, as expected. Thanks for the tip!
Good luck having your voice heard between those ranting about Denuvo, hoping that those who can't get a fix with the sound card can find one soon.
