Cannot Move Player to active roster

I cant move my player to the 40 man active roster even after releasing players. an error occurs saying that the roster is full. WTF is going on?? This would have been an awesome game if it werent for errors like this.

Did the players you release come from your 40 man roster? Also, try having the computer auto-update your rosters. That may give you a chance to get the player on your roster that you want.
