Please wait for a while as it is from the installation of the OS on the rebuilt PC.

I tested it in two PC environments and it worked fine.
(Windows 11 cannot be installed because of the old system)

Is this a problem with the OS Windows 11?

What I'm using is:

Laptop
Intel Core i7-9750H
Windows 11 Pro 10.0.22000 Build 22000 64Bit
Intel UHD Graphics 630 & Geforce RTX 2060

I haven't tried going back to previous windows builds, but that could be the case.

I contacted Capcom support for this problem.
If Capcom contacts me or I find a workaround, I'll write it here again.

The first one works fine on the Steam Deck but 2nd one crashes immediately after starting. I'm not sure why they felt the need to change things.

On Windows 10 with the same problem.

According to Capcom, Windows 11 is out of scope.
Also, self-made PCs are not subject to operation.
