The game does not give out achievements

I have an achievement for killing War, but I don’t have an achievement for killing Brad and the deathguard, although I naturally killed them.
Also, I was not given an achievement for purchasing an item in Joe and Muriel’s store, nor was I given an achievement for purchasing a full discount.
I tried many times to reinstall the game, check the integrity of the files, start different saves, nothing helps, the Steam hud also works during the game.

You might simply be screwed. If you didn't play the game before the 5/15/2023 update, you might be out of luck to plat the game. That update was almost tailor-made for people in the Discord in order to plat. Those who started after had a whole mess of problems.

Thanks for the answer, maybe you know how to fix it or should I just hope and wait?

Honestly, I don’t think it’s something the devs intend to ever fix. There hasn’t been a relevant update ever since then and that update opened up a whole new can of worms. Every time something is “fixed,” some other aspect of the game breaks.
