I am not sure if it is because I played the demo but I have not unlocked any achievements when I play the released game. I finished the prologue twice, reinstalled the game, finished the prologue again. I have defeated elite enemies. Not sure why it isn't working...

...but the balance is really poor. Too many letters drawn each turn is the most significant issue (how can I possibly defend against 15 damage in a turn when my entire hand of tiles totals 8 points? If an enemy has the ability to spawn other enemies, you HAVE to give players the option to target specific enemies. Tile swapping mechanics are too few. Upgrading tiles shouldn't eat into finances like purchasing equipment. Heal locations are too frequent, as a crutch for the game's poor combat options. It's...
