Tanks A Lot achievement not unlocking

I have all the vehicles, including Robo Suit and Yoshitsuna. Everything I've read indicates that this achievement should've popped for me, but it hasn't. What do?

You have all 15 vehicles and no achievement? Definitely something bugged for you.
