Game drops controller input - Resolved, Hardware Issue

Cutscenes, intro splashes, battle, doesn't matter. The game will randomly stop recognizing the controller until I re-plug it.

I've noticed this as well, using an XBox One for Windows controller and BlueTooth dongle. It's not just this NIS game; some of the other recent ports also have this problem of the controller just "locking up" for whatever reason, remaining unresponsive until you unplug-replug.

Turns out this was a result of a bad cable. Not software.

I'm having this issue where it drops but I know its not the cable because this doesn't happen to any of my other games I play when I use the controller. Is there anything else that can cause it? Just lost all my exploration of a 100 floor dungeon on the last floor cause of this.
