collect subscriptions?
A message keeps popping up to remind me to "Collect your weekly subscriptions", but I can't find a way to do that.
If I click on that reminder banner, it just disappears and nothing happens.

Every week (timer), you can receive a bonus depending the number of followers you have (to buy upgrades and new outfits).

You can click on it on the main tab under the big banner, on the right:

The button is not clickable until the timer reaches 0.
