Color Connect

Game does not download
I've just bought the game and tried to download it. It appears Inmediately the possibility to click on "play", but an error appears sayng the exe file cannot be found and it looks as if no files have been downloaded, . And if I go to the folder in Steamapps, I see the "Color connect" foldre, but it is empty...

Hi. Sorry, but as I could not resolve the issue, although I deleted and dowloaded again the game a couple of times, and I did not get any answer from you the following week (your answer is dated 03.12 and my comment was dated 25.11) I decided to ask for a refund, so I do not have the game any more in my inventar...

Hi Fernandosan1953, my apologies for the delayed response. We had been deep into development for the Christmas update and for some reason we didn't receive a notification re your comment. As mentioned, we haven't been made aware of this issue with other users so would be keen to replicate if it is an issue our end. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we will continue to monitor any similar events with out users. Sorry that this was not resolved sooner for you and we really do hope you might be able to give the game another try at some point in the future.
Same thing happened to me. The game just 'finished' download in one second then went back to pending. The folder is empty.

Hi Shazam,
Apologies for the troubles caused by this issue. After talking to Steam support, they believe this issue to be related to Steam clients that aren’t set to English. They’ve confirmed that this will cause issues similar to those listed here as our app settings are not set to use all languages. We’ve applied a fix to enable this which has hopefully resolved the issue for you. Apologies again and please let us know if there are any further problems.
I would be willing to download it again and see if it works, but the problem is that I bought it when it was at 50% of the price and now it is at the full price in the Steam shop
Is there anyway to get the same price that I paid originally for it?
