As you probably know by now, from time to time, we try to surprise you with something new when it comes to updates. And this is one of those times! Pan'orama is a game that has captured your interest, and we aim to make it better with each successive patch. Not only do we want to improve its performance and functionality (yes, we've finally added controller support!), but we also aim to expand the vibrant, bustling world of Pan'orama’s gameplay.

But before we jump into the details, we’d like to let you know that our newest game - Captain Pawsome - launches today in Early Access!

Captain Pawsome is a cozy 2D fishing game where you play as the titular captain. You’ll manage your own shop and upgrade your ship as you journey across the ocean, cleaning up the environment and catching tens of unique types of fish. Now, let's delve deeper into what's new with today's patch!


This is something that a lot of you have been asking for - a handful of new buildings that will further diversify your landscape! 5 biomes, namely: Villages, Fields, Forests, Lakes and Mountains, have been enriched with 7 completely new structures. These include Pharmacy, Temple, Market, Wooden Bridge, Glasshouse, Seaport, and Drawbridge. Along with them come entirely new effects! For example, placing the Temple on the 2nd level will score each of your subsequent 2nd level structures additionally. There are many effects, but we want to leave part of the discovery process to you, so no further spoilers!


We aimed to make each of your gameplay experiences in Pan'orama unique, bringing something fresh and unexpected compared to the previous ones. Therefore, now, in each game, available structures will be randomly selected from a given pool, rather than appearing in a predetermined order. This means that each time, the strategy will have to be adjusted anew to ultimately succeed and complete the game.


Maybe you're one of those people who, instead of sitting at a desk, prefer to comfortably settle into a favorite chair or sofa with a gamepad in hand. Today's patch finally provides this option by introducing full support for your favorite controllers, as well as the ability to independently assign functions to buttons. Configure your own gaming experience!


It's often said - save the best for last. And so it will be this time as well. Achievements are something you've probably asked us for most frequently on Steam, Discord, and in private messages. We promised they would come, and today we are pleased to announce that the promise is being fulfilled today. From now on, you can earn trophies! To paraphrase the slogan of one of the popular anime series goes - gotta get them all!

We wish you incredibly good fun in the refreshed version of Pan'orama, but we also want to inform you that this is the last chance to purchase the game at the current price. This last month has been amazing for us, thanks to you. The feedback for the game has been very positive, as clearly reflected in both the comments and the review score. Players, as well as content creators seem to be loving the game, which makes us super happy. If you'd like to see an example of a Youtuber enjoying the game, here's a great video by Blitz:

At the moment, Pan'orama is sitting at a fantastic 90% review score with over 300 reviews, and on top of that, the recent reviews are at a whooping 93%! This pleases us to no end and we would like to thank you for that! This is the wind in our sails and what drives us to make the game even better.

And speaking of that, here's the first big addition to Pan'orama...


At its heart, Pan'oarma is a relaxing game, but we still want to build upon that and make it an experience you can tailor fit to your needs! The Challenge Mode allows you to do that. While the mode is in a very early beta stage, we want to share it with you now and ask for your help and feedback.


The Challenge Mode is an entirely new mode in the game. As the name suggests, its difficulty is higher than the Standard Mode and its aim is to challenge players who already have a good grasp of the game's mechanics.

There are 2 entirely new mechanics implemented in this mode. These are:

Each time you construct a monument, you'll have the chance to select one of three random permanent perks that will leave a lasting impact on your future games. These perks introduce brand new interactions between tiles, enhance the abilities of your structures, and even grant bonus points for performing specific tasks!

Not only do these perks offer gameplay advantages, but they also allow you to personalize your playstyle as you strive to win o reach a high score. Here are a few examples of the various bonuses offered by the Perks:

After emerging victorious in the Challenge Mode, you'll be presented with an exciting opportunity to choose one of 3 masteries, each of which adds a unique twist to make your gameplay more challenging. When you start a new game afterwards, you'll have the freedom to select any combination of these masteries in order to make your next attempt as demanding as you want it to be.

In return, however, the Masteries grant you a final score multiplier, ensuring that your efforts are rewarded!

The new mode is available now to everyone who owns the game. You don't need any special beta access. The only thing you have to do is to update the game in the Steam app.


To secure a win in the Challenge Mode, you'll have to take your world-building skills to the next level. You are (most definitely) going to lose the first couple of games, but the Perks you unlock will give you the boost needed to finally overcome the challenge!

We know many of you are waiting for the achievements to be implemented, so here's an update.

We're planning on adding the achievements after the implementation of new pets, the Monthly Mode and after the Challenge Mode gets out of the beta stage. The reason is that we want to implement them in full, to avoid situation in which we either have to implement them partially now, or make the players lose their 100% achievement rate later on. Once we reach the content sweet spot, the achievements will make it into the game!

We'll be improving the mode and fixing any bugs based on your feedback, so leaving a comment will be really appreciated. Oh, and if you find some translation errors, don't worry - most of that is placeholders that will be corrected before the mode goes out of the beta.

We just had a fantastic first 3 days with so many people playing and enjoying Panorama and we couldn't be more happier about it!

While some players are still trying to win the game other may be already bored with crushing high scores. Is that all that Panorama can offer? Far from it!

You asked us for Achievements, new buildings, new animals, new modes, weekly/monthly(?) modes, key bindings, camera settings, farther zoom and few other quality of life upgrades?

Lets to them all! (although it may take up to few months)

You can get only one Cat Statue (Final Monument)
Changed Cat Statue’s description to mention that it removes remaining tiles for points
Tile counter now properly displays their amount after loading a finished game

This is a top priority for us at the moment and we hope to bring it to you in 3-4 weeks!
This new mode will feature much harder points system that will however come with some permanent perks and masteries that will carry over to your next games!
Every time you build o monument or reach certain criteria you will be able to choose one from 3 permanent perks that will carry on to your future games.
Those perks will bring new interactions between tiles, they will upgrade your structures skills, give you more points for certain tasks etc.
They will also give you an opportunity to personalize your play style while reaching to the top!

Each time you win a game you will be able to choose one of 3 masteries. Once you start new game you will be able to select any masteries you want and they will make your games harder in certain ways but they will also give you a very nice final score multiplicator.

Next after challenge mode we will introduce Weekly/Monthly challenges. We would love of course to do weekly ones but do not know yet if that will be possible. Maybe biweekly will be an answer? We will see.
Anyway those will be not just a simple point and abilities tweaks, we want to start off with some real game changes here that we have toyed with in the past. Check out 2 sneak peaks for now!
1. Puzzle mode - there is no single tile in the mode and you have to manage by using only multi tiles and quests to build up your structures and map:

2. Trash mode where whole map is filled with trash and you need to build the houses around the trash to remove it so you can expand your map!

3. We want to also bring you thematic challenges like:
Animal theme where everything is worth 0 points but animals are worth 100 each and another 100 for clicking it.
Or City theme where every single tile has a house and there is no limit on house structures.
Anyway you get the idea!

There are already lots of buildings in the works with exciting new skills to use in game!
Check out some of them below and we hope they will bring you a even more joy and strategic planning to your future Panorama games!

You can also expect much more animals in upcoming weeks and new bigger focus on them in terms of game play. Some animals will now give more points one clicking on them and will interact with new building skills! Check out those cute Chickens, Cows, Goats and Rabbits below.

This is something some of you asked and we will work on that as well for future patches!

This is a very big topic and it will not come that soon but once we start porting we will introduce a full controller support with key bindings into our game.
We hope that you can manage to stick to current setup until this time!

We want to introduce more camera options and we are working on it right now. Further zoom out may need a bit more time as we need better graphic optimization for that but we will get there!

Yes we definitely want to do a MAC version and it should be available in few months!


Last but not least we have our first highscore cheaters! We are working on some solutions but before they go live we would like to ask you to just do not cheat ;p

While we are fighting for cheat free scoreboards lets start our first creative mode competition!
For this one there is no theme or rules.
To take part in it just create some beautiful scene in creative mode and post a screenshot in the Pan'orama Community Hub (link for instructions) with the tag #Panorama1 in the name.
Top 3 winners with possible honorable mentions will be selected by us and announced in one of next updates!

Pan'orama is a game that will take you to a world full of beauty and tranquility.

Relax and unwind as you sculpt biomes and worlds with your imagination. Create vibrant, beautiful landscapes. The prologue for Pan'orama is here and we're delighted that everyone will finally be able to try the game out!

The DEMO has also been updated, so if you've played it before, it's worth playing again! We are constantly trying to develop our game and take into account your opinions and comments!

We've tried our best for the game to be a relaxing experience you can tailor fit to your own playstyle. If you just want to chill out and create amazing, colorful landscapes - you can do that. On the other hand, if you'd like to go for high scores and get as many points as possible - Pan'orama is also a great choice. Whichever way you decide to go, we hope you have fun!

That being said, the game is still in development and some changes might still happen as we approach the release. Regarding that, we think there's no better way to get to know what needs improving or fixing, then to directly ask the people that actually played the game and have a fresh - you, the players!

After you've played the game, we'd like to invite you to fill in a survey, in which you can tell us about your experience with the game.
