Steam sucess did not unlock

I should have won these steam successes this weekend
- Time Trial Meteorologist
- Time Trial Gold Expert+
but they did not unlock. I already unlocked the same successes for the race part of the game few weeks ago. Maybe a bug due to the last updates?

I have checked, I have unlocked all the meteo conditions for the eight rallyes in time trial mode but could not get the Steam success for instance. Should I send you some screenshots?
