Crash error on launch
I get a message from a crash alert reading "LowLevelFatalError ect" and it states the "D3D device is lost" help?

This issue seem to point to the graphics card having problems running the game
this could be that the graphics card may be a bit too old, missing drivers or the game being run using integrated graphics

I can try listing the software/hardware my computer lists off for you if you want an idea of my laptop specs?
