in the beginning of third game pj run very fast so i die aolmost instantly, even if i didnt run what lights were turned off

So bascially in the part where the Doctor freezes your hand to the hand scanner and you have to get the spare blue hand, i can't get it. Why? Because IT'S UNDERNEATH THE FLOOR.
